Per floridarealtors.org/NewsandEvents - Beginning April 7 Move Inc., subsidiary ListHub, will no longer send listings to these companies to post per a recent court ruling. ListHub makes up more than 25% of its listings. Others say it could be as high as 40%. So if you want to know what is really Active on the Market, call a professional Realtor.

Preserve in Lake County
The closest preserve near Clermont at this time is the 192 acre Ferndale Preserve on 19220 County Road 455 which is located near Montverde. On November 15th another Preserve will open. This new 220 acre Preserve- Lake Hiawatha will be located on 450 N. 12th Street, Clermont. Come with your bike or just come and hike then enjoy a picnic hanging out with friends and/or your pet. What a way to relax and the enjoy the day.
